not receiving emails
Hi I'm not receiving my emails, I did find out that because I had not used my bigpond email for 180 days Telstra has cancelled it. They have now reconnented it but i'm not able to log into my thunderbird account. Thunderbird is asking me for my password. I have tried all the passwords I know of but nothing works. Can you help me please. I am able to receive emails on my mobile phone using Gmail.

Double-check the server settings in Thunderbird vs those provided by Telstra.

In order for us to better investigate this issue, we'll need some more information.
Could you please do the following?
- Open the menu > Help > Troubleshooting Information, then click Copy text to Clipboard.
- Go to https://pastebin.com, paste the info from your Troubleshooting Information page, use the Create New Paste button to create a page containing your info, then copy the resulting URL (address) of the page created.
- Open a reply to this post, and paste the link to your troubleshooting information you just copied.
