hello, when you're at the about:crashes page and click on a crash report starting with bp- you are directed to a page where more details about the specific report are listed.
you could also copy and paste some report ids starting with bp here into a reply on the forum, then we could have a further look at them.
thank you!
I didn't have any record when I call about:crashes page. I give the following crash data which I copied from crash report screen:

This report also contains technical information about the state of the application when it crashed.
That looks like you copied that from the crash-stats.mozilla.org page...
Do you have a link to that page or is that listed in your about:crashes page?
I have nothing on page which is displayed, after I'm typing about:crashes in address bar. I have only this message in popup modal dialog
Hmm, well that doesn't tell us anything or even point to the reason Firefox crashed. Usually, when Firefox crashes, it pulls up the Mozilla Crash Reporter which lets you write what you were doing when it crashed. And you press either "Restart Firefox" or "quit Firefox", both of which submit the crash report to the crash-stats.mozilla.org page and also gets listed in the about:crashes page so we can troubleshoot.
What was the problem that was happening?

I'm developer, and I run some test set from ALM system. I try understand what happens.
