web page Northern Tool wont display. Get a page that says "Northern tool cant display in your country" Is a US company - I have an account there - get emails from them every week. This just started last month.

Hello! I am a developer, and I am making my own adblock-based Firefox Extensionto block ads. And I have a problem, I use manifest 2, ads are blocked, but the changes are applied only after the Extension is restarted, which should not be the case. Maybe there are some specific settings that I have not found, because for example on Opera and Chrome the Extension works perfectly and the changes in the blocking rules are applied immediately without any application restarts.Thanks for your help

I know I can hide the sidebar by clicking the button on the toolbar. But I'm used to opening my bookmarks and history with ctrl+b and ctrl+h, and being able to close them the same way. This still works to close the actual bookmarks/history, but the sidebar doesn't return to being hidden (despite being hidden before I opened them), it hangs around taking up space on the left of my screen. Even after I removed everything so it's just a useless blank rectangle with "customise sidebar" at the bottom, it defaults to staying open unless I click the button. It's really annoying. Is there any way to make it hide itself again automatically once I'm done using it?

How do I turn this odd feature that dims FF bars when window loses focus? As of look of it only tabbar and toolbar are affected. I couldn't find anything relevant under "about:config". Also some tricks with CSS didn't work for me, maybe because I have custom chromeCSS that brings tabbar under bookmarksbar and applies other customization so that FF window looks like old good FF before they started to put everything on a single line in the bar. I keep experiencing this problem with different websites: Safari works, Firefox doesn't.

I entered valid license numbers (230880, 239798). Firefox displays NOTHING, no error message. Safari displays the relevant info.

Why is this and what should I do if I want to continue using Firefox? Thanks.

Cannot open Analyst links on eTrade website. Looking at a particular stock and clicking on the Analysts link opens another window showing individual analysts and articles relating to their opinions of this stock. I cannot click on either the analyst's name nor the articles associated with their name. eTrade customer service says Firefox is not working well on their site. I tried Microsoft Edge and everything was fine. Is there some feature I should enable on Firefox or is this a shortcoming in Firefox?

I have ugpraded to a new macbook (from an intel macbook, this is my first apple silicon macbook - M4 Max). I am having trouble logging in to many of my accounts only when using firefox on my new macbook - eg. soundtoys, spotify - the only way I can get the logins to work is if I run an incognito window to log in. I have created a new Firefox profile. Now I want to copy my settings of the Developer Tools to this new profile. This should also include the custom device settings for the Responsive Design Mode. Is there a file (or files) in the profile-folder that contains these settings, and can I copy this file (or files) to the new profile? I found this link about copying profile files, but it doesn't mention devtools settings.

I prefer the tabs be below the bookmark bar, and successfully modified the CSS file to do this some time back. Now update 133 has once again pushed them up below the menu bar. What do I have to do to get them back where I want them this time? And why can't you just leave the tab location preference alone when doing updates?

I had my application running on the Firefox earlier version where the an insecure content loaded over http from my server was being displayed on my webpage which is on https.

But with the latest versions of firefox this solution is no more working. For example the below i have a pic loaded from my server path say http://10.16.15.2:9181/pic/Pic?id=41234 .Now i need this to be displayed on my secure web page application, but the firefox browser is automatically converting to a https path. See the output from the debugger console

" Mixed Content: Upgrading insecure display request ‘http://10.16.15.2:9181/pic/Pic?id=41234’ to use ‘https’ "

Kindly suggest a way to disable this auto conversion in the latest versions of firefox, as i have no option to update the front-end or back-end of my application.

Google Drive says i am offline when i am not. Can move around the site, and it works fine on chrome, but not on firefox. Can also acces sheets just fine, and acces some files through there

tried contacting google, but since it was a firefox specific problem they could not help

I cannot pin the extension to the toolbar. The extension is not shown in the puzzle icon dropdown, and it is not in the overflow. Please add an automatic pin to the toolbar when a new extension is added! How do I pin it now?

Hi everyone...

After I "upgraded" to Windows 11, Firefox suddenly quit working. After reinstalling, it worked again...however, I had to use the "about:profiles" command to restore the bookmarks I had. That worked fine. But after a series of cascading Microsoft 365 app failures, I decided to roll back to Windows 10. Yay! Everything worked again!

Except Firefox.

So, I reinstalled Firefox again. And once again, the bookmarks are missing...but this time, the "about:profiles" command isn't locating what I need.

Any suggestions?

Hello, Yesterday, when I turned on my computer, I couldn't use Mozilla browser, it keot asking me to refresh it. This happened with other broswers too and they would all open new window with every search, instead of new tab (despite the option being unchecked). I reinstalled Mozilla and that helped, not just for Mozilla but weirdly enough, Chrome was suddenly fine too? Today I turned my PC on and I'm having the same issue all over again. Please help.
