Email settings lost
I am not receiving emails on my laptop. I am receiving on my phone. I can see my OUTGOING Email Settings and they match my provider, Telstra.com server settings.
I found my INCOMING Server Address by going into my Telstra account, but I cannot find them in my Email Settings on my laptop. They are:- imap.telstra.com Server Port:- 993 Connection:- SSL
How can I fix this so that I can again receive emails please? This is driving me crazy!

Please post your Troubleshooting Information. At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button , then select Help > Troubleshooting Information. Press the "Copy text to clipboard button" and paste the information into your reply.
