Can't set Firefox as default browser in Windows 10, but Chrome and Edge works
Windows 10 won't let me set FireFox as default browser. When I go to Settings > System > Default Apps, and under "Web Browser," I click "Choose a Default," Firefox does not show up. This became a problem after I updated Windows 10, the update that said it had new features as of 12/06/15, today. Please see the screenshot for more explanation: http://prntscr.com/9b8t2p
I hope someone can help. Thank you, Timothy Nguyen

goto about:preferences and click set as default as shown in the screenshot.May be win10 didnt recognize firefox asa browser.Sad to see that :(. Hope that works.
I went to about:preferences and clicked "Make Default". It just opens the Windows 10 Settings app, Settings > System > Default Apps. Same thing. It doesn't work :/
