The following code works fine with IE, where "Browse" is on the right and the whole pathname is uploaded with the file. But with Firefox v22 the "Browse" text is on the left (which doesn't bother me) and only the file name is uploaded with the file. But the first 3 characters of the file name are stripped off, so a file called ABCDEFG.doc is stored as DEFG.doc.
