How to reset master password (PC&Smartphone) ? Option for sms/E-Mail (or some otherwise) restore, avaible?

Do you mean the Master Password that protects your saved logins on a particular device (the Master Password does not sync, so it can be different on each installation of Firefox)?
If you reset the password, then all of your saved logins will be erased. See: Reset your Primary Password if you've forgotten it.
