Firefox Crashes Whenever I Access a Flash Web Site
Ever since mid-June, Firefox 13 and 14 have been freezing on my 32-bit Windows 7 system whenever I have gone to a Web site that has a Flash element, such as www.uscis.gov. The problem persists even with the latest version of Flash, 11.3.300.271. The only way to prevent freezes is to disable the Flash plug-in. The problem occurs on similarly configured systems in my office. The problem is predictable and reproducible: If the Web site uses Flash, and if the plug-in is enabled, Firefox freezes. Is a downgrade in my Flash version my only option?

Recent crashes of certain multimedia contents (this includes Youtube videos, certain flash games and other applications) in conjunction with Firefox 14 are most probably caused by a recent Flash 11.3 update and/or a malfunctioning Real Player browser plugin.
In order to remedy the problem, please perform the steps mentioned in these Knowledge Base articles:
Flash Plugin - Keep it up to date and troubleshoot problems
Adobe Flash plugin has crashed - Prevent it from happening again
Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox
