Since i installed Firefox i am not able to print any documents. How do i enable the proxy or whatever so it will recognize the printer?

After several hours on the computer and on the phone with HP, McAfee, Lexmark and others - your guys were able to find the problem. more options

Click on the three horizontal lines at the top right corner of the Mozilla browser. Then click on 'Options'. Sub-menus appear on the left hand side. Click on 'Advanced'. Then go to the sub-option 'Network'. Beside 'Connection', you will see the option 'Settings'. There, you can change the proxy settings. Hope that helped. Let me know.
