I cannot log in to Bank of America online banking through Firefox. BoA told me to use another brower.
Can not log into Bank of America online banking through Firefox. BoA said to use another browser. They said there is some problem with the security or something. Also can not get the sound to work on NASCAR Pit Command with Firefox. Both problems do not happen with Microsoft IE.

This problem has been reported by other users of FF 3.6.3, in this thread: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/forum/1/598416#threadId670432
The thread started on another FF/BofA issue, but starting with the responses from 25 April 2010, you'll see that they're reporting a blank page upon trying to log in to the Bank of America. That's been happening to me for almost a month. I'm hoping that FF 3.6.4 will solve this?
I have discovered that the page is there but not visible when you see the white page.. Go to view /page style /no style and the text version without formatting is there. Even the links work. Also going to View/page source shows that all html ( if that what it is) is all there. So the page is downloading but not displaying. I get this intermittenly for the past few months. I have a shortcut to IE that has B of A has the home page and I jump to that when I need access.
As a work around until this bug is fixed I use the Add on IE Tab 2 ver 2.5.10.2 Open the Bank of America site in Firefox then change rendering engines so the site appears in an IE tab.
Had same problem, but I solved it. Right click on desk top on the browser and click onView page info, bottom, on the next screen click on the last tab, "Security" and then click on "View cookies" and "Remove cookies", clicking repeatedly until all the cookies are deleted. Close everything and restart B of A session. That's all.
Forgot to mention, right click on B of A page, so only B of A cookies will be deleted
You may be doing fine now, but, I just fixed my problem literally few minutes ago by doing the following. Go to "Tools" >Options>Advanced>Network, then click on "ClearNow" in offline storage section. cor-el gave me this advice and I did not have to do any cookie thing. After clicking on BOA's log-in key, all I saw was real white page.
