I have always been able to buy coins for my gaming, but recently my credit cards are being denied for some reason. Is there a page to go to enable a disabled feature to fix my problem? Thank you for your help  :)

Hi deedeemcdd, glad to see you in Mozilla Support Forum.

You can try by opening firefox in Safe mode. Steps:-

  • Find the Firefox icon or click Start and type Firefox.
  • Hold down the Shift key on the keyboard and then click the Firefox icon.
  • In the Firefox Safe Mode window, click the Start in Safe Mode option.

Maybe the problem will be in Extensions and Add-ons. So, you should also try to refresh the browser.

  • Click the menu icon, then click on “Help”. Click on Firefox's main menu button, represented by three horizontal lines.
  • Click “Troubleshooting Information”.
  • Click on “Refresh Firefox”.
  • Confirm.
  • Click “Finish”.

Hello, I tried everything you suggested but to no avail. I appreciate your help though. I have called my banks there are no denied gaming coming through. Everything else is. So my next question is there a page or a site that I can go to to see if my gaming is being blocked? Facebook Help has also helped me and they can't figure it out as well. I have called my bank, tried numerous different cards there must be a blockage somewhere and I just cant find it on the computer. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me out I hope we can resolve this matter.  :)
