check if your Firefox browser is up to date and clear your browser cache and cookies
Are you using "Clear history when Firefox closes" to clear this data ?
Make sure Firefox isn't set to run in permanent Private Browsing mode (Always use Private Browsing mode; Never Remember History).

Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history" - remove checkmark: [ ] "Always use Private Browsing mode"
