I updated to version 133 today and was confronted with the vertical tab bar. I did not ask for this or want it, and now I can't get rid of the side bar, in fact I seem to have just made it worse / wider. How can I get rid of this (and block it) It is just taling up space on my screen. Please help.

I tried to open Firefox and a message appeared: "Couldn't load XPCOM". I uninstalled the program with Revo Uninstaller Pro and downloaded the latest version. I selected Run as Administrator but there is a message that says "Windows cannot have access to the selected device, path or file. Maybe you don't have access rights". However, I do have access rights. I have checked it multiple times. How can I install Firefox and see it work properly? Thanks

I have a 1848ETC-HST data logger from Real Time Automation on an isolated network that does not support HTTPS but Firefox keeps changing it to HTTPS. I tried a private window with the same results. HTTPS-Only Mode is disabled. I entered an exception even though it should not need it. It was working in Firefox at one time and it still works with safari and chrome.

I have been using Firefox for my browser and have an account. Yesterday I clicked on the Firefox icon on my taskbar and it just opened with a blank screen. I need all of the information stored on my Firefox account. WHAT HAPPENED?? IT WILL NOT OPEN TO FIREFOX!!

My laptop had broken and I had to reinstall Windows. All of my files had been lost on the C drive, including Firefox bookmarks. Sadly there weren't any backup json files anywhere else. Is there a way to recover those bookmarks somehow?

EVEN THOUGH in my Firefox settings this is set to no automatic updates.

What is happening?? How do I turn this off! This seems like a virus? Please advise.

During the past week I have been receiving 408 Request Time-out errors on a subscription website our organization uses. The vendor reports no changes to the site and no other customer complaints. All searches I've done point to my local browser or network setup, but I've cleared cache and cookies and it's not my network; I'm currently on vacation and getting the same errors 3000 miles from my home. It has worked fine for the past six months until last week.

I'll have to stop using Firefox if this continues. Please suggest some ideas why this suddenly started occurring and how I might fix it.

Some of the firefox built-in search engines have several comma-separated associated shortcut keywords in Settings/Search/Search shortcuts, e. g.

• @duckduckgo, @ddg for DuckDuckGo

But if I type in several comma-separated shortcuts for any other search engine, none of them will work as expected in the address line. What is the correct way to assign several keywords for the same search engine, like it is already assigned for some default engines?

How do I remove the sidebar permanently. It is now as I said above about 2.5cm wide and growing! I want it gone and none of the solutions give any idea how to do this. The show/hide button only made the damn thing expand!

I have installed Custom Scrollbars by Wesley Branton which gives me wide vertical scrollbars with up/down arrows in Outlook email. This has started disappearing and reverting to default narrow bars without arrows, maybe I am accidentally clicking somewhere in the reading pane? To get the wide bars back I have to delete the Add-on, close the computer, then re-install the Add-on. Can anyone advise what is going on here and how I can get the wider bars/arrows to stay permanently.

Wndows10 with Firefox

to get access to my bank account via Firefox the bank should send me an access code on my mobile. The page pops up on Firefox, I wait for the code but there is nothing coming onto my phone? I can access my bank via a different website so am wondering if there is a problem with Firefox. By the way, my mobile functions correctly and I receive calls.
