how do i get rid of a FREE DOWNLOAD ... for enhancing my PC ... on my start page?
...I went into the control panel and deleted the file...(don't know where it came from...wasn't even
looking for anything like this!)... it's not in there anymore...but it's still on my Firefox start page!
...I don't see anything that says Help/Troubleshooting Info...!???

Its because of you installed some Toolbars in your firefox or its malware problem..
Remove the unwanted Extensions and Toolbar
In order to uninstall a possibly unwanted extension, please do the following:
Remove a toolbar that has taken over your Firefox search or home page
