I got e-mail to download Firefox 4 and I deleted old Firefox from Applications and my computer won't work with Firefox 4 - how do I get back to my older Firefox 4 - please help

I also want to restore the old version. I downloaded 4.0 this morning, and am entirely unable to use it. All I can do is stare at that beachball.

The concept was nice, but the implementation leaves much to be desired.

I've attached a screenshot of "Not Responding" Firefox, eating up 93.9% of my CPU. Consistently.
