Hi allady78, is Facebook the only site where you've seen an untrusted connection error page, or has this come up on other sites, too? Could you check in the page for an error code -- it's usually in parentheses (separated_by_underscore_characters) -- and let us know what you find. Sometimes there is a "Technical Details" heading and you need to click that to find the error code. The error code I am getting provides no # just this text (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer) Will try to reinstall. Thanks for all of the responses and pointers to troubleshooting articles.
