First, you are using a vulnerable old version of Adobe Flash. 2nd, don't ever respond to message like that which appear - unless you are sure the message is from the web browser or your security suite. There's a good number of nefarious messages like that floating around, to induce the user to install what might tuen out to be Malware or a virus laden piece of software.

Follow this to get the latest version of Flash for Firefox and have a "clean" installation of Flash.

First, grab the Adobe uninstaller from here: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

Then download the latest Flash Plugin version from here: Select Plugin-based browsers - the EXE version. https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

Run the Flash uninstaller program, then reboot your PC. Then install the Plugin version of Flash. So you'll have a clean installation of Flash for Firefox.
