All folders did not sync on new install
Just installed Thunderbird and the sync did not get all my folders on my two email addresses. It did get some of the folders and I've confirmed they are in my host/web accounts. One account is a Shaw account and the other is a business account known as [email protected]. not sure how to force those folders to sync?
Solution choisie
Right-click the account in the Folder Pane (pane with the accounts and folders), Subscribe, click Refresh, then see if you can Subscribe (check) the missing folders.
