Is it the message below the search box on your home page and new tab page? That old Firefox start page is ancient now and Google doesn't update it any more. Please ignore that message.
Note that your System Details List shows that you use that old Google Firefox home page.
- browser.startup.homepage: http://www.google.com/firefox
That page is no longer maintained by Google and always shows this message (it is hard coded in the source).
You can set another page as the home page like https://www.google.com (Firefox prefers a secure connection to Google sites)
- Tools > Options > General > Startup: Home page
Modified
The http://www.google.com/firefox as mention has not been in use ever since Firefox 4.0 was released as a brand new install of Firefox or new Profile will have homepage of about:home instead.
