Firefox 7 cannot play www.cbc.ca/radio2 streams, Firefox 6 was OK.

That station uses Adobe Flashplayer. The latter crashes frequently under Firefox 6, but does not play at all under Firefox 7.

Try to disable (uninstall) the VideoLAN plugin and maybe Totem as well to see if that helps and install the Gecko Media player and Gnome MPlayer instead. That seems to work better for me.
