Adobe 10 Flashplayer is blocked and nothing works. No help available

more options

Adobe Flashplayer being blocked. Have downloaded it to start menue. It is there but won't cross over to computer. Everything else downloaded to start menue works in computer. Can't understand why it won't work. Wish there was a phone number to call to make this work. Can't figure why Adobe flashplayer is incompatible with Firefox. If I can't get it to work I will need to delete Mozilla Firefox. I don't want to do that because , other than this, I am happy with Mozilla Firefox. All this blockage occurs when on Comcast and I need to view their Videos. It also happens on Yahoo

Sorry there is no telephone support offered by Mozilla for Firefox.

You need to install Flash for Firefox. IE uses a different version of Flash than other browsers use, so you need to have both versions installed.

1.Download the Flash setup file from here:
Adobe Flash - Plugin version. < Click that link.
Save it to your Desktop.

2. Close Firefox using File > Exit
then check the Task Manager > Processes tab to make sure firefox.exe is closed,
{ Ctrl+Alt+Del > Processes tab}

3. Then run the Flash setup file from your Desktop.
