Suddenly only one of my email addresses will send out, others are rejected
I have since many years different email adresses, soms gmail some (I dont know how you call it) 'business mail adresses (so .com f.i.). As of today only one of them will send the mails (which is also the one that is smtp outgoing email standard). I checked them all and they all have this smtp as standard outgoing email. Still I get the following message (see picture). Both emailadresses in the print are mine and have worked fine till this morning.
Please I am not a technician so try to be kind and not too technical :-) kind regards Betty

Does this account have a Reply-to Address when you open Tools/Account Settings and select the account in the left pane?
I have 5 different mail addresses, nr 1 works fine (it has no reply-to address) nr 2 till 5 don't work, three of them had a Reply-to Adress, one didn't. I removed the Reply-to but still get the same message as before when I try to send an email.
The problem may be that the mail provider now requires each account to send through an smtp server with the same User name and password as the sending account. This has been gmail's policy for some time.
In Tools/Account Settings, select an account in the left pane, then look at Outgoing Server (SMTP) in the lower right pane. It appears you have several accounts all sending through the same Default smtp, when it may be necessary to have account A send through smtp A, B through smtp B etc. If the smtp servers aren't already defined, they can be created under Tools/Account Settings, Outgoing Server (SMTP) at the bottom of the left pane.
Your answer helped a great deal. I deleted first my gmail addresses and then added them new, so my gmail addresses seem to work now. Just need to figure out my others, thanks!
