Hey folks.

Is there a way to combine the Subject and have the Correspondents show up right under the Subject in the same Pane? Also, is there a way to make the Subject line 2 lines or 3 lines long so I can see the whole subject? The way I have it set up, you can only see a part of the subject.

Thanks!

No, sorry, I know of no way to have correspondents and subjects in the same pane.

As for seeing the entire subject, I assume you are using TB on a device with a small screen, but there are some ways to see more:

  1. You can control the width of the column. Put your mouse on the divider between columns in the header (the cursor will turn into a double-arrow), click and drag left or right to change the column width. For example, maybe you can squeeze the date or correspondents columns to give more space for the subject?
  2. If there are unused columns, you can remove them to free up space. The icon in the upper right of the pane selects columns.
  3. If your view is vertical, you can change it to classic or wide (view > layout) which devote more space to meta data.
  4. You can hover over a subject that is now entirely shown and a tooltip will show the entire subject. (This actually seems to work anywhere that something is truncated with '...', headers, correspondents, etc.)
