Resize Firefox 26 to a width of less than 400px
Since the upgrade to Firefox 26.0, it seems to be no longer possible to resize a window to be smaller than a width of approx. ~400px. I run a custom web-application in its own Firefox instance, which requires far less horizontal space, and therefore would like to be able to resize the window to an appropriate size. In the previous version (Firefox 25, I guess) this was no problem. Is there any possibility to regain this ability in Firefox 26+?

hello john117, as a workaround you could create a bookmarklet to open the site in a pop-up with a predefined width. just create a new bookmark, right-click it and add the following content as address (and adapt it for your needs):
javascript:(function(){%20window.open('http://example.com','Sample','status=no,directories=no,location=no,resizable=yes,menubar=no,width=250,height=210,toolbar=no');%20})();
Is it a bug? If not FF is useless for developping responsive webpages now.

This is what caused the problem. Does anyone know what file needs to be edited to unfix that bug? Thanks
This is maybe what you looking for: Responsive Design View

Web Developer extension or Firesizer doesn't help. Same behavior.
Custom Geometry. Couldn't test it. Maybe not compatible with FF 26? No button in statusbar.
Responsive Design View is Ok for me. Thanks @Kniven
