How come Firefox '24' does NOT load Facebook, but Firefox 19 does??
I have Firefox 19 on my laptop: when it automatically loads Firefox 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 +, I have to reinstall Firefox 19.1 to see ANYTHING on my Facebook account except the headings. Other sites show everything, BUT NOT Facebook.

Hello,
Please install version 24.0 and provide us with a screenshot of the error.
If you need help to create a screenshot, please see How do I create a screenshot of my problem?
Once you've done this, attach the saved screenshot file to your forum post by clicking the Browse... button below the Post your reply box. This will help us to visualize the problem.
Thank you!
When I opened Firefox, the site Gmail site came up & was fine, showing everything; the Facebook site came up w/ white background & writing; wouldn't show anything; then went back to the email that came as answer to what I'd written [above]; when I tried to follow directions, another FB site came up blue w/ writing, but couldn't click on ANYTHING;
& then I couldn't even close Firefox - had to reboot the computer & lost the network connection.
This makes me OUTRAGED & wastes my time!!!!!
Make sure that you haven't enabled a High Contrast theme in the Windows/Mac Accessibility settings.
Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own colors.
- Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Colors : [X] "Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above"
Note that these settings affect background images.

You can try basic steps like these in case of issues with web pages:
Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
- Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
