If you click view -> headers -> normal, there is no arrow in the header display to close the headers. Takes up screen real estate to always view headers. Restore the arrow in header pane to close header.

The forward and back arrows in the box above mail folders pane were removed. Now you have to click the drop down arrow and pick the view you want. Restore forward and back arrows in view -> folders above the folder pane.

Anyone know how to solve these 2 issues caused by the 68.4.2 update?

Why does Mozilla remove features that were working and added to functionality???

Hi SFhowes, Thanks as I had installed both these Thunderbird add-ons in previous Thunderbird versions.

Ironically before I did anything, I had closed Thunderbird and re-opened which caused both add-ons to work. Problem solved.

For the first issue, install CompactHeader. For the second, Folder Pane View Switcher.
