70.0 menu bar background color now stuck white
since ver 70.0 64bit upgrade, no matter what theme i use (currently 'Complete Black Theme for Firefox', also use 'dark theme') the menu bar background color is WHITE. if i go and swap between themes it turns BLACK/DARK GREY like i want it but as soon as i do ANYTHING it flashes back to WHITE. THIS SUCKS!. never had a problem before. ever! don't give me advice on saying it's W10 theme issue or anything like that - everything was fine until VER 70.0 update was done

I would suggest first reset it to default go throw this https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-reset-default-user-agent-firefox then press ctrl+shift+a and try changing theme
If you want to change the background of the tabs, you can install either a theme or a complete theme.
If you want to change the default page background color,
1.Click the ≡ Menu Button and choose Options. 2.Click the Content icon. 3.Click the Colors button. 4.Next to Background, click the swatch and pick a color.
nope, NONE of this works. as i said, i can change the theme and when i ENABLE it the menubar background goes BLACK - just what i wanted. all i have to do is MINIMIZE then UN-MINIMIZE and the menubar background is WHITE. that fast. ANY new WINDOW or NEW TAB and the menubar background is WHITE. LOOK AT THE PICS I ATTACHED
