i signed up for fire fox but typed my email in wrong so i cant verify my account. It will not let me change it email i put in wrong was [email protected] it should be [email protected]. Can you fix this? Or do i need to delete that and start over?

If you are referring to a "Firefox Account" (for services like Sync), creating another new account is the way to proceed. Currently no way to change the email address as it is the "identifier" for the account.

If you are referring to this support forum, look at the top of a forum page and click on your username and then access My Profile > Edit My Profile.
