New Firefox update cause increase in cpu usage
Firefox team, I am not satisfy with the new FIrefox update. After the update, every time I visit a link the cpu usage shoots up like crazy. Before the update, everything was fine and calm. After the update, when I visit a site, the cpu would go to 50%, very disappointed. I know with usage of cpu, the site loads faster, but my heat fan goes like crazy every time I visit a site, a simple site like google would shoot up 30%, I am not even using any heavy extensions or plugins. Just very disappointed with this update, I will quit using firefox and use chrome.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

It has nothing to do with safe mode, yes it still raise cpu like crazy. Even when I am scolling up and down on YT the cpu would go up to 30%, only in ff though, chrome is steady 3%. It has to do something with the setting, the update increased the use of cpu to make content load faster, but this is annoying for lower spec machine because of the processor fans. If I knew how to decrease the cpu on ff, I would, but at this point I will be using chrome
