WHEN I AM USING FIREFOX TO GO ON THE INTERNET I SELECT THE TEXT TO COPY BUT MY TOOLBAR DOESN'T HAVE A FORMAT BUTTON. NORMALLY (OTHER THAN IN FIREFOX) I'D CHOOSE THE TEXT, THEN ON THE MENU BAR CHOOSE FORMAT, THEN CHOOSE PARAGRAPH, THEN CHOOSE JUSTIFY.

You're talking about features that are part of a word procession program such as Word, Word Perfect, or Open Office; "format" features aren't normally included in a web browser.

In Firefox, select the text and copy that text, then paste it into whichever word procession program you normally use.
