Please use caution when you downgrade to Firefox 3.6, as in two weeks it will not be supported any longer and will be open to security vulnerabilities.

now, is this your printer, or an add-on for your printer? Have you gone to your printer manufacturer's website and downloaded the newest drivers from there? Also, what exactly was the message that you received when you updated?
