For some reason the internet I have access to keeps trying to load a website that I don't want to load. I think it may be a trojan, but I can't get rid of it and it pops up sporadically. How do I block a specific http so that it won't be able to open?

Do a malware check with some malware scan programs.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database before doing a scan.
