I downloaded firefox, and I am trying to uninstall it, and no box pops up saying that it is uninstalling. I have tried all the directions that this website has and none of them work. I have restarted my computer and it still will not uninstall. I'm starting to get sick of this quick and when I go to talk to tech support they tell they are closed. Not so great on customer service here and I need some answers and need them quick. I do not want firefox and wish to take it off and cannot. It has been nothing but trouble from day 1!

For details of how to manually uninstall it if the uninstaller does not work, see http://kb.mozillazine.org/Uninstalling_Firefox

I tried that website, and those directions didn't do anything either. The directions are the same thing I have already done.

It shows how to manually remove Firefox by deleting the files and folders that Firefox creates.

I keep trying to uninstall Firefox in Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit and I keep getting a "firefox must be closed" error message and Firefox isn't even RUNNING. It flat out will NOT allow me to uninstall this program! Firefox used to be a good browser, but this SUCKS! I'll just stick to Internet Explorer. At least I don't have the problem with this damned searchnu.com/406 browser hijacker popping up in IE!
