FredMcD, You said "it worked for Me"
You never answered the question. Did you try the wss socket with Firefox browser?

I right-click the link and selected 'open in tab.' No problem.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

Try the Firefox version from the official Mozilla server if you currently use a version from the repositories of your Linux distribution.

I thought maybe Firefox checks blacklist sites.

I download the new developer version of Firefox but can to seem to find any install instructions.

It is suppose to have some websocket disgnostic tools.

I am not concerned about it working in my firsefox browser but it everyone's firefox and other popular browsers.

I am ask people to come to my site to sign my petition. The websockets need to work without a glitch. The websockets were working fine before and just stopped working today.

It doesn't help to load a new version of the browser. Websockets have been working for quite a while in Firefox and other browsers.

I need it working on all version of firefox that are in general use today.

Can anybody reproduce the problem in Firefox?

Lauch the website wait a few moments and press f12. Read any errors.

Also, I just embedded some youtube links to avoid licensing issues. I am now geeting CORs warning but it does seem to effect the function of the website.

works here fine.

Maybe the secure wss:// doesn't work properly if you specify a port number, so you can try ws:// instead.

Still looking for someone to help on multi user video chat at ncreepy.com. IT is completely browser end-to-end encrypted (the two way version) and want to make the group video chat fully end to end browser to browser encrypted. Not sure how mant stream abrower running on a normal machine can handle. THere is no central account database and want to eventually include the STUN server on the personal computer so there is no outside traffic to hack.
