I have a potential client that claims to have no ad blocker and he can not see ads on our sites. He can see them on other sites. The first image is ours, the second (red) is a competitor. We run 12 online titles and I'm concerned this can be happening to other viewers, as is he. Two examples of our sites: Dragzine.com LSXmag.com

Suggest run your pages through w3c.org web standards https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.dragzine.com%2F

I do not see ads either.

Firefox 42+ has a Tracking Protection feature that is enabled by default in Private Browsing mode. When you are in private browsing mode then Firefox can show a shield icon at the left end of the location/address bar that some content is blocked.

Hmm.

One of my IT people tell me we are at standards, and when I asked the client about updates, blockers, settings this is what I received:

I saved all of my book marks. Uninstalled Firefox. Reinstalled and launched your site.

I still cannot view the ads.

FWIW: I can see the ads in Firefox, as well as everyone else in my company.

Did this client check the Web Console for possible messages about content being blocked?

You can also check in the Network Monitor if these advertising files are being requested.
