Only in forefox and its hit or miss when it wants to download somehting

This screen shot shows what I get from time to time, no rhyme or reason or any specific sign but this just pops up and wants to download. Ive tried malware antivirus and nothing is detected..Im at a loss, please advise..Ive completely removed firefox refreshed and it still comes up

While this may be a legitimate message, it could also be Malware or a Virus. Anytime you want or need to check for upgrades, go to the website of the True Owner of the program in question. For example, to check out Firefox, go to https://www.mozilla.org {web link}
