Add-on's have disappeared since new Mozilla update today, Help

Since the new Mozilla update this morning, all but two Add-Ons have disappeared, not even listed in my Add-On's any more. Not just disabled but vanished. No previous version was saved when updated Itoday!!. Is there any way of recovering the list of Add-On's? Windows 7 system Thank you
