Try clicking '''F11''' - you may have the Full Screen mode enabled.

Clicking F11 does not help. It goes cull screen when I click it & returns when I click it again.

Press F10 or tap the Alt key to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily if the Menu Bar is hidden.
