Dear Firefox Community ... I have made an html5 canvas animation using javascript which runs absolutely fine in Chrome , but grinds to a halt (and essentially crashes) in the newest (and older) versions of firefox. This is the first time an animation of mine has not worked in Firefox and I suspect it has something to do with the way I have used the "createImageData" keyword? Whether it is a bug, or bad coding on my part (but works in Chrome?) it would be interesting to know either way! You can find it at: http://www.mpklein.co.uk/filter/diffraction2.html Many thanks in advance.

A good place to ask questions and advice about web development is at the mozillaZine Web Development/Standards Evangelism forum.
The helpers at that forum are more knowledgeable about web development issues.

Thank you

I have now posted my query there and already had a very useful reply (it could be solved by altering my code)
