How to add shortcuts of sites like youtube to the homepage?

I wanna add shortcuts to the homepage. Its very easy on chrome. How to do it on firefox?

I don't think that is one of the feature of Firefox. However, you can bookmark that page, on Firefox address bar type in

about:preferences#home

to only select Bookmarks as the only selection for Highlights
