Downloading multiple files from 1 Export control button

more options

I am trying to download multiple Excel files at once from a single Export control (button) inside an application that I use. It doesn't seem to work for Firefox. Other controls in the application, which only download 1 file, work. I know that Chrome has a setting to allow or block multiple files in a download, but I want it to work in Firefox. Any ideas?

Is this an application you developed? In that case, could you link to the online documentation for this feature of your framework?

If this is an application you use but didn't develop, can you provide more information about the application or link to the applicable button?

Thanks for the replies. It is a SaaS app for businesses that I didn't develop, but I can't share the link because you wouldn't be authorized. The control is a single "Export" button. the page has 2 separate data grids on it. The Export button automatically exports each data grid separately in 2 separate Excel files. In Chrome, I simply see both Excel files get sequentially added to my Downloads bar at the bottom. In Firefox, it doesn't download either. Does that help?

Hmm, sounds like an ASP.Net application.

Is this problem unique to your Firefox or do all the Firefox users of this application have the same issue, assuming there are others using Firefox with this application?

Can the vendor provide support?
