To be able to make full use of Firefox on a Laptop it would be good to have internet access on that laptop. I realise this is rather a chicken and egg situation but most laptops come with a preinstalled browser. In the case of Windows laptops that is likely to be Internet Explorer (IE). The normal method of installing Firefox would then beto use IE to download the Firefox Installer, and then run that installer. What you will need to do is not install on a phone and try to copy that to the laptop, but use some internet connected device to download the Firefox Installer.
