Pop mail account
How do I cancel my pop mail account?

If you don't want to have it any more on TB then just remove that account from TB. If there are messages in that old account you wish to keep, move them to folders under Local Folders before you remove the account.
Removing instructions: 1. Thunderbird menu: Tools: Account Settings. (If you cannot see the Thunderbird menu, press the Alt key or F10 key on your keyboard to show the menu) 2. Select the account you want to remove on the left side. 3. Click the "Account Actions" button on the bottom left and choose, "Remove Account". 4. Click the "OK" button on the bottom left of the "Account Settings" Window. 5. Quit Thunderbird, then start it again.
Couple of questions:
>Is the local folders into which I'm to put the items I want to save the the one on the Thunderbird screen or is it someplace else on my computer? > After I remove my account, will my emails automatically appear on my server ([email protected])? > Will I stop having to pay for my pop mail service?

> After I remove my account, will my emails automatically appear on my serverIf you remove the account from TB then that action is for your computer and TB only. On the server the mails will remain untouched

> Will I stop having to pay for my pop mail service? For any fees about your account you should contact the mail service provider.
Though, based on your questions I think you should reformulate your (1st) request about what do you actually want - could you mention more details?
p.s. I recommend you to delete your email address from your last post... It's irrelevant - you can specify that you have an Yahoo account but there is no need to mention all email address...
