Does the account use POP or IMAP?

If IMAP, you don't need to transfer anything. Just add the account on the Windows 10 machine.

If it's POP or the Local Folders Inbox folder, I'd suggest the ImportExportTools add-on.

Does the account use POP or IMAP?
