While opening the Firefox browser, Getting BEX error ( Refer Screenshot ERROR.jpeg ) for normal user in windows 7 64-bit operating system. But the same works fine when opened as administrator.

I got this same error for Administrator before and after browsing found that it is because of adobe flash player 11.3. So changed macromedia setting in

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\mms.cfg

location by adding the below entry to the existing to ernties.

ProtectMode = 0

That's all. Restarted the system. It worked for Administrator.

Now, All the entries are intact, but, it is not working for new users and existing normal users. It works for Administrator.

It is possible to also disable protected mode in the about:config settings.

If each account has a different profile the preference can be toggled.

BEX errors can possibly be caused by malware.

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.
