It does sound like something that has a tendency to reinstall, based on this thread: how to get rid of http://hao.360.cn/?src=lm&ls=n0bf36f1f97 when I open up firefox.
(1) Does this page take over as your home page:
- in every new window -- you can test by pressing Ctrl+n
- every time you use your desktop shortcut to launch a new window
- only at startup
(2) Do you notice any unwanted or unknown extensions on the Add-ons page? Either:
- Ctrl+Shift+a (Mac: Command+Shift+a)
- "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Then cast a critical eye over the list on the right side. All extensions are optional. If in doubt, disable (or if obviously sketchy, remove). Please keep track of what you change.
Often a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.
Thank you for your reply and yes it only starts when i use the shortcut and theres nothing unknown in my extensions and its only Firefox thats effected.Im able to open a new window without the unwanted page so i can still do what i need to do,its just anoying i carnt find it to remove it but thank you.Heres another little thing when i right click my shortcut and go to properties im even unable to replace it in Target location with Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe.
You found the unwanted address in the shortcut, but Windows won't allow you to edit it? I'm not sure what could cause that.
What do you think about deleting that shortcut and creating a new one? If you pinned it to the Taskbar, you probably need to unpin it so you can delete it from the desktop or wherever you pinned it from.
To create a new shortcut, you can go to the Windows Start menu, search box, and paste the following, then press Enter to load it:
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\
That should launch the Firefox program folder. Right-click firefox.exe and select Send To then Desktop (create shortcut).
Hopefully the new shortcut will be clean.

I sure hope that is the end of the story, but if the shortcut is hacked again, you probably need to scrub down the computer in a little more detail.
