The www.otoc.pt server doesn't send the required "VeriSign International Server CA - Class 3" intermediate certificate.

You can inspect the certificate chain via a site like this:

You can download and install that certificate from this VeriSign web page.

Save the certificate text to a text file (e.g. VeriSign-Inc.cer) and import that file in the Certificate Manager

  • Tools > Options > Advanced : Encryption: Certificates - View Certificates

yes, time/date is correct. I can go to 5 the same site in five minutes 3 times give me the error 2 work.
