Tor Browser latest up-date does not work; for me!

I have tried to contact Tor; unsuccessfully, even though I have made; for me, a considerable donation! I even contacted Tor subscriptions but they cannot contact Tor; so they stated! Please advise as I have Mental issues and cannot use Social Media or Forums. I have used Mozilla for several years but as my Mental Issues Progress my Comprehension Skills are lessening! Please advise as you are my last hope and I am wondering; in the future will your site be the only safe one? Thank you. David Shore.

Sorry having issues getting support.

Your profile if have bookmarks and stuff would be stored in C:\ Something like this path E:\INTERNET\Tor Browser\Browser\TorBrowser\Data\Browser As you can see I do not install it to C:\ so you will have to go in and copy the 3 profiles files I would think. Just to make sure are safe. I would uninstall Tor then delete all the folders it is installed in. Then reinstall a fresh version from here : https://thetorproject.github.io/gettor/ If you need a profile or can just save the bookmarks.html file and put back on the new install. Alternative : You can also copy/paste about:support into the address bar then enter and use the Tor Refresh Option
