I rely on Zotero add on for my university researches. Today having been prompted to update to Firefox 10, it said my existing version of Zotero was incompatible so I updated to zotero3. It now does not appear in the toolbar and is not working. I am 3 days away from having to submit my essay I need it back and I cannot afford to lose what is already in there.

Hi,

Is it this? The About this Add-on section says the updated version is available from their site. You can check the current installed version and status of the add-on via Tools (Alt + T) > Add-ons > Extensions (on the left) and Enable if the addon is indeed up to date. Otherwise you can try to update.

I think it would also be a good idea to copy the Firefox Profile Folder. Type %appdata% in the Start Search and hit enter and copy the Mozilla folder. If that doesn't work, type it in the Run box (Windows key + R).
