I continue to have problems with the crash loop when trying to use teams in firefox browser. I have added the listed sites in posts to the exception list but it still occurs. What else can I try to work around this issue? I am running the lastest version firefox on Windows OS (Windows 10).

Could you describe the steps to replicate the problem? For example, you receive a link to a Teams meeting and you click it. Then Firefox opens the link and displays a page with choices for accessing the meeting.

In my experience, sometimes Firefox immediately runs the "Open Teams" function to use the Teams app, and sometimes you need to click the "Open Teams" button.

It sounds like at that point, Firefox displays the site permission dialog to allow the site to use an external program to open an msteams: link. And then the problem occurs.

What happens? Does Firefox close and you see the Mozilla Crash Reporter or the Windows crash dialog? Or Firefox becomes "not responding"? Etc.
